Sweepstakes may only be entered in person on August 21, 2025, at the Legacy Feed and Ranch store located at Plaza West (509 S Beltline Hwy W Suite #1, Scottsbluff, NE 69361). This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Nebraska, and governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and the State of Nebraska. You are not authorized to participate if you are not located in Nebraska.

How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must visit the Legacy Feed and Ranch store on August 21, 2025, and register your phone number and email address in person. Entries are limited to one (1) per person. No online, social media, or third-party entries are allowed.

By entering, each entrant confirms they are the sole owner of their entry and consent to being contacted by Legacy Cooperative for winner notification and promotional purposes, per Legacy Cooperative’s privacy policy.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on August 21, 2025, during regular store hours at the following location only:

Legacy Feed and Ranch – Plaza West

509 S Beltline Hwy W Suite #1, Scottsbluff, NE 69361

All entries must be received by the close of business on that day.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Nebraska who are at least 18 years of age as of August 1, 2025. Employees, officers, and directors of Legacy Cooperative and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void outside of Nebraska and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one free bag of dog or cat food, selected by Legacy Cooperative, per month for twelve (12) months. Legacy Feed and Ranch will select the brand. Each monthly bag may not exceed a $60 retail value. Total approximate yearly retail value: $720.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or returned for cash. No substitutions allowed except at the discretion of Legacy Cooperative if the item is unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Legacy Cooperative on or about August 21, 2025.

Winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. The method of contact is at the discretion of Legacy Cooperative. The winner will have 7 calendar days to respond. If the winner fails to respond, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate will be selected.

Winner must sign a release and eligibility confirmation form before receiving the prize.

Conditions

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Legacy Cooperative, its store locations, its affiliates, its subsidiaries, and their respective employees, officers, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with Legacy Cooperative’s Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and future marketing, unless otherwise specified.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in a photo opportunity with Legacy Cooperative, its affiliates, sponsors, and/or subsidiaries, including being photographed with the Sponsor’s “Winner” sign. The winner further grants Legacy Cooperative, its affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, and their respective agents an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, edit, distribute, and publicly display the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and image, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials. The winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of the materials and releases the Sponsor from any liability related to such use. Refusal to participate in the required photo opportunity or grant these rights will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Entrant Agreement

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and certifies that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Entrants must provide their full name, mailing address, valid phone number, and email address at the time of entry. If selected as a winner, entrant agrees to participate in a photo opportunity with Legacy Cooperative, including being photographed with the Sponsor’s “Winner” sign, as a condition of receiving the prize. Entrant grants Legacy Cooperative, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, and their respective agents an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, edit, distribute, and publicly display entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and image, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Entrant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of such materials and releases the Sponsor from any liability related to such use. Refusal to participate in the required photo opportunity or grant these publicity rights will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
