How this works

Simply fill out the form, and a customer service representative will start the account creation process and then call you to confirm your details. It really is that simple.

Steps:

  1. Request an account using the form on this page.
  2. Legacy Employee will review your information and contact you for verification.
  3. Once verified the Legacy Employee will initiate setup process.
  4. You will receive a Welcome Email with a special link to the online website (i.e., Email will contain the subject line: “Connect to Your Account.”)
  5. That link will take you to a login screen to sign-in for the first time. You will confirm and create their password.
